Structure of the Smart Capital Mastermind Group Program
Because of the large outcomes this program is designed to deliver, the structure is highly support-driven:
- Smart Calls— Twice a month for nine months, 18 calls in total, you will be on a call with Stefan and the team of coaches. You will learn new strategies and principles for achieving your UnReasonable and smart financial goals.
- Smart Roadmap. You and your senior coach design your smart goals you want to achieve together in the program. Your coach will look to see how to “stretch” you in a way that is to your benefit.
- Smart Speakers. The program will be bringing in experts on various funding topics, from angel investor groups, bankers, venture capitalists as well as financial planners.
- Smart Milestones. Your Smart Roadmap will be broken into parts, making it easier to stay focused on exactly what needs to happen for that time period. This allows flexibility as things need to be adjusted along the way.
- Smart Sessions You work with your mastermind group every week on the phone, facilitated by your senior coach, on the game plan you put together to ensure its success.
- Smart Reporting. Before each session, a brief summary of activities is sent to your coach, explaining progress and what areas were not achieved. The coach will use this to see how to leverage and “raise the bar” on you.
- Smart Review. Each month you will work with your coach to adjust the strategies for the coming month based on outcomes achieved to-date. Your progress will be compared to your Smart Milestones and Roadmap.
- Smart Breakouts. Need additional support with your financial plan, learning more about cash flow projections or improving your presentation to potential funders? We will accommodate you with special sessions.
- Smart Support. Your coach is always available between weekly sessions via e-mail and “spot coaching” sessions (5-15 minute coaching calls). Additionally, Stefan will add his rolodex and support, when appropriate.
- Smart Access. If you need some spot coaching before something big, your senior coach will have office hours for you to call in each week.
