Weekly Mastermind Group meetings include coaching for individualized performance review and improvements. Each week the coach introduces new business principles and assigns weekly action steps that enforce principles, create new habits and move you towards your UnReasonble goals.

The group provides support and reinforcement, ensuring your goals become a done deal.

Mastermind Groups include:

• 12 weekly 60-minute group calls with a senior business coach during which you learn the new principles and tools of the week
• 12 weekly 60-minute calls in which your Mastermind Group meets on its own
• Weekly 90-minute office hours during which you can call for individualized attention between group calls
• Weekly Action Steps for building your business and achieving your UnReasonable goal
• Private Internet group for communicating with your Mastermind Group

BEST Coaches offers three types of Mastermind Groups, as supported by demand:

“Launching Your Business” Mastermind Group: For businesses less than three years old and/or less than $75,000 in annual sales, this group helps you take a giant step forward. Expect the group and your business coach to quickly set up your business structures and marketing plan.

Advanced Business Mastermind Group: For businesses less than seven years old and/or less than $1,000,000 in annual sales, this group helps you take things to the next level.

• Review your business model, build new products and services or adjust existing ones for today’s marketplace
• Create your fundraising strategies and put together a “road show” if necessary
• Rely on the expertise of your fellow group members and senior business coach for advice, feedback and accountability to accomplish your goal

Expert Business Mastermind Group: For businesses seven years or older and/or more than $1,000,000 in annual sales, this group helps determine how to maintain what you’ve built and expand into new arenas. Expect the group and your business coach to test your business assumptions.

• Review your business model, assess your market share, build your exit strategy, and revisit your support structures
• Design and implement your “Sustainability Blueprint” for your company
• Rely on the expertise of your fellow mastermind group members and master business coach for advice, feedback and no-nonsense coaching to accomplish your goal
