Our Business Coaching programs are geared for sustainability-oriented entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs (entrepreneurs inside larger corporations), who want clear, experienced and powerful guidance in defining where they want to go and getting there as quickly as possible.

Our 90-day business coaching programs assist you to:

• Get clear on your company/career vision. Know where you really want to go! A clear vision creates the passion that keeps you going. The bigger you want to play, the greater the passion needs to be.
• Define your UnReasonable goal. Stretching yourself beyond what you would do on your own gives you the inspiration to move forward.
• Create a powerful purpose. When you are really stretching yourself, you will be constantly challenged along the way. And what will keep you going forward and making sure you stay on track is your purpose in doing this. A powerful purpose is crucial in helping you achieve the UnReasonable.
• Develop a clear game plan. Taking your UnReasonable goal and creating a series of weekly, quantifiable and manageable steps, so you stay on track.
• Break down unsupportive habits
• Hit a home run. Weekly coaching sessions keep you moving, focused and accountable as you play full out towards your 90-day goal.

Our coaches are trained to hear what’s really going on for you and your business or career, even when you have trouble articulating it. We help you leverage your resources, so you can focus on your individual and immediate challenges and obstacles, quickly changing them into opportunities.

Is 90 days enough? Sometimes our clients get to day 70 or so concerned that they are not where they need to be to take their businesses to the next level. Our response is, “You still have 100% of the program left.” 

What they soon learn is anything can happen in the remaining 20 days. For example, on Day 89 they could have a major breakthrough that transforms their business… their lives… to a whole new level they never imagined.

Power Business Coaching Program: About 75% of our clients use this program. Your business coach works you hard.

• Move towards your goal during four weekly 45-minute business coaching calls per month
• Utilize as-need “spot” business coaching—5-10 minute sessions between weekly calls
• Stay connected with unlimited access to your business coach by e-mail

UnReasonable Business Coaching Program: Excellent for entrepreneurs who want to integrate their team into the business strategies created during coaching, and for those who would like a little more support time:

• Four weekly 60-minute business coaching calls per month (one extra hour per month). (Meetings can be done in-person if you and your coach are located to permit that).
• An additional 60-minute session per month with you and your team (if you have one). Review the game plan, ensure clarity on where you are taking things, address challenges and questions, or prepare you/your team for important meetings and presentations.
• As-needed “spot” business coaching—15-20 minute sessions between weekly calls
• Stay connected with unlimited access to your business coach by e-mail

Whatever-It-Takes Business Coaching Program: For people who want their business coach to be a “silent partner” who is always available to them:

• Four weekly 60-minute business coaching calls per month
• Unlimited additional coaching by phone or face-to-face (if local to your coach) to:
• Get you ready for a “road show”
• Review documents, website, marketing materials, financials, products and services
• Think through your corporate/career strategy more carefully
• Prepare for a big meeting
• Keep you energized and inspired at all times
