He also co-facilitates our powerful weekend retreat, Meditate and Create.
An expert meditation coach and spiritual teacher, Harshada has been walking the spiritual path for over 20 years. For the past decade he has been teaching stress-management, meditation and self-empowerment to business people all over the world.
He is also the founder and current Director of Banyan Education. He specializes in using simple strategies and approaches to complex ancient eastern Indian principles and applying them to modern day situations.
Business owners find his techniques help reduce stress, clarify thinking, enhance creativity and productivity and boost overall well-being.
In 1999, Harshada created Working With Soul, a New Zealand-based training company specializing in self-knowledge workshops for medical professionals and in-depth training programs for Hatha Yoga teachers.
Harshada received his B.A. from Columbia College in Chicago before going on to post-graduate studies with depth psychologist William Hayashi.
He has received intensive classic training in therapeutic yoga, sitting meditation practice and the “wisdom traditions” of India with several top spiritual leaders in the world from India and the United States, including spending six years living and working in a traditional Indian Ashram.
In his “spare time” he loves walking through Central Park, just steps from his apartment, visiting India several times a year, swimming in the ocean, meditating and spending time with dear friends.

Nancy Feth joined BEST Coaches in 2006. She specializes in helping businesses get back on track.
Nancy helps clients leverage their relationships with their stakeholders for rapid results and improvements in their company. How you relate to employees, investors, partners, customers and suppliers is key to business success. The energy and dynamics of your relationships shape your ability to keep your team lined up with the company’s vision and goals, which is vital to productivity and making the most of opportunities.
Nancy first started this work in the mid ‘80’s. In her positions as an industrial designer for a research and design company and then sales and marketing for a wound care products company, she found that relationships were crucial to the company’s success. She went on to specialize in relationship-building in other small companies and institutions.
In 2005 Nancy began coaching and later was trained and certified to coach individuals and entrepreneurs. She has since pursued advanced training to coach business partners and teams in “relationship systems” – the dynamics that impact your company. She has been involved at BEST Coaches since 2006.
Nancy has a BFA in Industrial Design from the Rochester Institute of Technology, is certified as a Co-Active™ Coach from Coaches Training Institute (an International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited coaching program) and is a graduate of the Center for the Right Relationship (CRR), an international state-of-the-art coaching community focusing on relationship systems work.
Nancy is also an authorized facilitator for Team Diagnostics Assessment™ from Team Coaching International which measures “positivity and productivity strength” within a team. She will soon be completing her certification in Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching, from CRR, also accredited by the ICF.
Nancy currently lives with her husband of more than 20 years and her three teenage boys in the Boston, MA area. She loves walking in the woods, connecting to nature, being a mom and going to seminars in personal growth and empowerment.

Joanne Goodrich is a coaches’ coach. She’s dedicated more than 20 years of her professional life to coaching thousands of entrepreneurs and executives all over the world. She’s considered one of the best, with particular expertise in communication, leadership, team building and productivity.
Since joining BEST Coaches in 2005 as senior coach, Joanne has been helping design and run the company’s programs and has worked with hundreds of its clients. Her “action-oriented” coaching style makes sure clients stay true to their “being” in life. At the same time, she helps clients create the structures they need to achieve the business results they want.
Joanne was one of the early generation of trained coaches. She received her training more than a decade before coaching was an officially recognized occupation. By the ‘90’s, she was an award-winning team-builder at one of the largest and most successful training and development organizations in the world.
As a coach for AT&T Wireless and then a coach and trainer with other companies, she developed many communication, productivity, sales, and team-building programs and did 1-on-1 executive coaching as well. Over the years, Joanne has worked with all types of businesses including multi-million dollar and multi-level marketing companies, real estate, startups and “solopreneurs,” creating and delivering programs that make a real difference.
Joanne is deeply committed to entrepreneurs and small businesses. She started her first company before leaving grade school and has since started, or been involved with starting, more than a dozen others.
She is also dedicated to helping sustainable business clients. Her passion for the environment dates back to the early ‘90’s where she was in charge of the largest Christmas tree recycling program west of Chicago, for Western Nevada Clean Communities, where she managed 2,500 volunteers a year. She has also done volunteer work for local environmental non-profits.
Joanne’s wide-ranging interests are reflected in her college career, in which she studied pre-law, biochemistry, environmental science and fine arts. She also obtained a specialized construction degree at the University of Michigan, Detroit.
She graduated from Coach U. in 2003 and completing post-graduate work at Coachville, including seminar leading and various business training programs.
Joanne has always lived where other people vacation, in places like Palm Springs, Lake Tahoe, and Sun Valley and Sandpoint, Idaho where each day she makes sure she takes advantage of her natural surroundings with gratitude and fun.
Joanne is an inveterate dog lover and trainer, and an outdoor lover with interests in skiing, and hiking. She loves sewing as well.
